PROGRAM
Training is 120 hours approved and it is done in two different modules.
Each module is 60 hours, 27 hours technical information, 33 hours application.
Lessons are from 10.00 to 17.30.

Module 1
TOPIC 1: INTRODUCTION TO BREATH COACHING
In the first module, basic
concepts about Therapeutic breath coaching and information about Therapeutic breathing,
diaphragm breathing, body physiology definitions will be taken. You will have
an experiment with the general information about the T.Breath Coaching area you
need for the rest of the T.Breath Coach and the information on the transition to
the theoretical practice. You will learn what exactly T.Breath Coach, its
history, is and you will see the basic principles and differences. You will
have detailed knowledge of the ethical values you need to be aware as you begin
to work as a breath coach.
2nd Module
TOPIC 2: THERAPOTIC BREATH COACHING PRACTICE
You will learn to develop
your qualities and techniques. As a breathing coach you will learn how to apply
to the first session. you will learn to start and end the first session. The
general relationship that will occur between the coach and the client along
with the creation of the "TRUST" field, will be the transition to a
strong coaching experience with respiratory physiology breath capacity testing
and T.breath activation will be learned.
TOPIC 3: INTRODUCTİON TO
THERAPEUTIC BREATH COACHİNG ADVANCED LEVEL SKILLS AND “POSSIBILITIES COACHING”
Develop your advanced
mastery skills on breathing coaching, learn about the "POSSIBILITIES COACHING METHOD" taught by Therapeutic
breath coaches and learn technically how to apply a therapeutic breathing
session step by step, and learn about body recognition. As a breathing coach,
you will learn how to manage this process with your first customer. In the T.Breath Coaching profession, you will learn some important tips and awareness
for T.Breath Coaches and the importance of the sessions. You will learn how to
work with Unknown Fields as a T.Breathing Coach, how to create an
"Awareness", and how your breath reflects and resolves these
awareness. You will learn Integrity, Relationship and interaction.
TOPIC 4: TERAPOTIC BREATH
COACHING ADVANCED LEVEL APPLICATIONS
In module 2 at topic 4 T.Breath Coaches will enter into a special learning process. In this process, coaches will learn advanced practice steps and techniques related to some diseases. They will learn the equivalents of the body's emotional definition and raise T.Breath Coaching levels. As a therapeutic breathe coach, you will specialize in managing the session of knowing the emotional state of the client's disease. In particular, you will learn the physical steps the customer is experiencing. It will provide and support you as a master coach.
TOPIC 5: INTRODUCTION TO
THERAPOTIC BREATH COACHING AS A JOB
Entering the T.Breath
Coaching profession and choosing your individual study areas in the first 6
months of your occupation, determining the suitability of these areas and learning
the sales and marketing techniques at the same time. Learning to work in areas
where you are stuck is a knowledge training department that will open the way
for a therapeutic breath coach to become a professional coach for breathing,
development, personal learning and a professional respiratory coach who will
contribute to the development of the experience in a sustainable education.
